Installation instructions
- Carefully remove the eyelashes from the case, separate the eyelashes in two.
- Identify the top lash ("UP") and the bottom lash ("DOWN") using the labels.
- Place them in the magnetic applicator provided.
- Gently open the applicator and place the top (UP) strip above your natural lashes.
- Position the lower strip (DOWN) below your natural lashes.
- Your real eyelashes will be sandwiched between the two magnetic strips.
- The two magnetic strips will instantly attract and attach.

Delivery time depends on the delivery destination, it takes between 5 and 7 working days.
Returns
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted. You can only request a replacement or refund if:
- the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Any claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
